Tiny Flowers

Commonly we make ikebana using mature, commercially-ready flowers such as roses, lilies, and so on. They carry a stronger presence due to their size. Often overlooked in the spring time, tiny flowers quietly emerge adding vivid colour to our environment. Plum blossoms, apple blossoms, pansies, daisies, all tell us that the seasons are changing. While not available in a store for the common customer, arranging these small flowers remind one of childhood.

Materials: chamomile, muscari, tweedia, narcissus leaf
